454 grams makes a lb.Thus 1.577 grams has to be divided by 454 to convert into lbs.This comes to 0.0035 lbs.
As for ounces we know 16 ounces =1lb.So multiply 0.0035 by 16 to arrive at the ounces and thus we get 0.056 ounces.

In ounces it is 0.0556261. In lbs it will be less than a quarter. Im from a country that doesnt use lbs
