I don't have a problem with caps when it's a short line.
The annoying thing is when there is like 8 or more lines all in caps. Also because a lot of the people who write in all caps can't spell very well, or at all.
but I don't vote someone's answer down just because of it.

No, but it makes me angry! Cause if they're typing in all caps it looks like they're yelling. But maybe their caps lock button was stuck...

Most of the time I do....I don't like to be shouted at, even if it is just in cyberspace.
