Any suggestions on how to handle a noisy neighbor?

This man is running a business in a residential area. He starts using his electric saw at 7ayem--- 364 days out of the year. He makes wooden wishing wells to sell to anyone who wants/needs one.
I've seen them at some of the local restaurants. I'm not against anyone making extra money, bu this morning, he was loading wood into a metal container at 7 and then started his sawing and hammering. There are people all around him and I know there have been complaints. He stops for a while, then starts up again. How many wishing wells are needed out there?

Good good fortune! I have moved earlier than given that of non-quit thumping track that vibrated my partitions and flooring. The landlord practically had the angle, hello he will pay his hire, so recover from it. Talks with the man on no account labored, I even known as the police a couple of occasions and it could quit for an afternoon or so however finally it could pass correct again to wherein it was once earlier than. Its tough residing in an apt. problematic to have any style of privateness. You can select to make conflict with the friends, or suck it up and transfer out as quickly because the hire is up. Thats what I did.

Try having a conversation with the man asking him to stop or invite him over. He could just be bored.

the problem here is that he is not breaking the law,,if you want to get back at him turn your music high volume at 11pm with the windows open and speakers pointed at his house,, the problem here is you  WILL be breaking the law but he might get the hint
