Whose fault is it that the TB patient got on the airplane and travel back to USA?

Borders patrol? The patient? His doctors for failure to notify the authority or explain to the risk to his patient? The Airline Companies? The existing laws for quarantine in case like this? etc..

Ultimately the blame rests with the patient. He is the one who choose to expose others to a possibly life threatening disease. While I understand he did not want to miss his wedding, sometimes you must sacrifice your personal wants for the common good.

    The patient's.

Why are you people always looking for someone else to blame? Ever hear of personal accountability? The guy knew he had a problem. Heck, his father-in-law is a TB specialist. Did he ask him? I don't think the whole story is out there, yet.

Security at the airports at Atlanta, Paris, Prague and Montreal have failed. Border Patrols at the U.S.-Canaidan boundaries have failed too, to have attorney Andrew Speaker detained. He knew he shouldn't been traveling period, should have been kept under quarantined at a hospital.

The patient's . You, me, anyone has/ have a responsibility to ensure your own good health before placing others at risk, before traveling. This person was plainly unwell and knew so before traveling, they should have done the right thing and taken the advice they were NO DOUBT given, ie: not to travel.

The Canadian border has less security than the Mexican border. This is a wake-up call just like the Fort Dix thing but do you see anyone doing anything about it.

The patients. It was his own dumbass fault that he risked other people's lives. His doctors did tell him not to travel.
