    Um. Ok,

    1) Exercise. Take up bellydancing (order a dvd) to get your stomach flat and to make your muscles leaner. It works all your muscles, trust me.

    2) Eat healthier and your skin will even out and it will help for making your muscles more toned in appearance.

    3) Use whiteners you get at WalMart or Target, like whitening strips or whitening toothpastes.

    4) Take vitamins (for your hair, skin, and overall health)

    5) Keep some chapstick in your pocket and put it on all the time, ALWAYS before bed.

    6) Use a nail strengthener like Sally Hansen Hard as Diamonds nail polish.

    7) Pick up a Remington Wet2Straight flat iron ($30 at Walmart)

Hope that helps at least a bit.

For a flat stomach, you need to do a lot of cardio if you have excess fat. (Go on a treadmill, go for a run or swim, do some workout tapes, dance, etc.) Then try some crunches and situps. Look up "ab toning" online.

As for acne, see a dermatologist. It's different for everybody and what works for me may not work for you. However, just make sure you're washing your face twice a day, not touching it often, and being gentle with it. When your doctor starts you on a new regimen, be aware that it will take some time to work, but hopefully it should be slightly better by September if you see a doctor soon.

Hair - depends on your hair type. Look for a good conditioner that's specific towards your hair type (straight, curly, dry, etc) Don't dye it. Maybe go to a salon and look into some highlights, but dyeing your hair can be a big pain and you don't need that to worry about. To make it grow healthy, just make sure you get your vitamins. There's no sure-fire way to make your hair grow fast, but massaging your scalp can stimulate it. Same thing for long nails - just take vitamins and eat healthy.

Teeth - try Crest white strips, or make an appointment with your dentist for whitening trays if you can (they can be really expensive though)

Makeup - look in magazines for tips

    Chapped lips - vaseline

Tan - not healthy for you, but lay in the sun or go to a tanning bed. Be careful, because you can end up a leathery old woman when you're older, and that's definitely not cute.

As far as muscles go, you don't have to worry about looking like a guy. That'd be pretty hard to do in one summer, so any toning exercises you find will be good.

I'm sure you're beautiful already, hun. Hope this helps, and good luck. Middle school can be brutal but don't let it get you down.

aww... sweetie... times can be harsh but

if u try these steps everything'll work out

they did for me atleast- I went from being an

ugly, unattractive, overweight, pizza face to being voted as

hottest asian in my school- no lies

1.add skinny or flare jeans~ not high waters

    2. Wear shirts that look natural not as if somebody threw paintballs at you

    3. Shop at AE, Hollister,Wet Seal, Deb, 5-7-9, and Abercrombie

    4. do something nobody has every been corageous enough to do- a dress on a shirt or dress-shirt with leggings

    5. Be bold and be heard

    6. Accessories- either if its big braclets, chunky shoes, rings or neclaces, or huge shoes accesories make a huge difference and make it colorful!

    7. Hair- get a descent haircut with short choppy layers and side bangs... Try to keep it like that and ask ur hairdresser for the type of products that'll work well with ur hair... dont straighten it too often and always keep a hair tie handy if its needed (or get chi straightner or ceramic tools- both are amazing!)

    8. Makeup- u dont need much, just gloss, mascara, and foundation... dont cake it on just to cover up the blemishs and make it look natural

    9. Acne- use equate or cetaphil facial cleansers... they're basically the same things just different brands... they are huge and not expensive whatsoever... so this will clear them up and make sure to keep oil blotting pads and antibacterial pads with u at all times for one of those days where ur skin is a little wack... and trust me- THOSE MEDICATED PRESCRIPTIONS LIKE PROACTIVE AND NATURES CURE AND THAT SH!T THAT U BUY AT CVS ARE A WASTE OF UR $$$

    10. Dark Circles- on the weekend devote at least one day to sleeping and try to go to sleep earlier- about an hour- each day. That way u'll have more sleep and less marks... If it doesnt work then soak in the bathtub 4 about an hour possibly two and that will decrease them tremendously!

Note- u have a great personality just afew appearance flaws so keep ur head up and always hope for a better day tomorow and trust me- it'll work! Im 12 so i no how hard life can be at school...

    Hi, ok here goes...

For a flatter stomach i would just try to eat more healthy, fruit and veg etc.. try to avoid white bread, white rice, white pasta and potatoes as these bloat your tummy..

For acne, if its really bad, you could go to the doctor and get some antibiotics, otherwise, a healthy diet will help as well as exfoliating 1to 2 times a week.

For Frizz free hair, the brand 'Frizees' hair serum, available from boots, is meant to be the best thing..

You can get special toothpast for whitening teeth, also available from boots!

maybe look through magazines like, glamour, essentials for some make up tips, they always have things like that in those type of mags.

for bad chapped lips, theres a make up brand called benefit, they do a lip exfoliator and lip balm and it works really well!

For a tan you could go to the sun bed but it does damage your skin so you could get some body and face moisturiser that also builds a tan over a week..

for healthier nails and to make them longer, you can get certain nailvarnishes than can strengthen from boots!

A hair straightner that is meant to be really good, is babyliss or theres always the ghds!, i looked on ebay for some and you can get some similar but are cheaper!

To look taller, you could wear high heels!

    Gain muscle by excesicing..

For other ways to help you feel good about yourself you should just try doing pilates or meditatition and you probably wont worry so much!!

WOW that was LONG!!! well it seems like you do need help. Be confident with your looks right now and dont dramatically change you look over the summer because people will think you are changing who you truly are. But, go to the beach if there is one near you, and tan this will make your hair a little blonder because a lighter shade of brown would look good on a tan person and with blue eyes. To look taller wear cute dresses because they make your legs look longer. Also shorts make them look really long. Gaining more muscle lift light weights. Also for the 'developed' part where your bathing suit like a bikini top under like a tank top because its summer and its also cute...

    Hope that helps.

Also-Herbal Escences frizzi-free conditioner works, thats what I use

You need to go straight to a doctor, depression is common and more severe (and more deadly) in patients with social phobia. If you don't think your parents will take you to a doctor, then fake a suicide attempt. Empty a couple of bottles of pills on the floor and lie beside them. Also, tip a glass of water next to them. Pretend to be dead or unconscious, they will take you to the ER and you can tell them everything you are saying in your post. Then you can get the doctor to explain to your parents that you are not a basket case, and he will give proper medication which should get you better in a matter of weeks. A tip for you: tell your psychiatrist you want topiramate (Topamax) added to your antidepressant, that will boost the effect on the social phobia and also help you lose weight. And another tip: stay away from religion until you are better.

    wow, ok

exercise and do ab work + eat well

    buy proactiv for acne

    get herbal essences shampoo conditioner

go to ur dentist and ask about whitening or get those crest strips...

grow out your hair, but trim split ends

look up make-up techniques in magazines or ask ur mom...don't wear a lot, because that looks bad...go natural, with light pink and tan eyeshadow, no crazy colors.

burts bees is great for chapped lips

lay outside in ur swimsuit with 8 spf sunscreen

buy one of those do-it yourself manicure kits from target

hair straightener...i use solica..u can get it online

you don't need to be taller and more developed...you're only 13, it will come with time, really don't rush it, it doesn't look cool.

Pushups and ab work and leg lifts are good for muscles

I wouldn't recommend dying your hair if you want it to be healthy

    have fun!

Mavis Beacon (typing) may help you - google that or look for it at a micro soft store.

Flat Irons - ceramic - and use a mist before you iron it so it won't "dry" out your hair. I find the thinner irons let me get closer to my ends and make it straighter (Sally's is fine to purchase one)!

Crest strips will whiten your teeth do it and follow directions.

Get a Shape magazine for flat stomach tips cut out flour/sugar and always drink more water.

Wear pure and natural products for your regime (acne)

and make up what you put on your skin goes in your body.

I suggest Arbonne the new FYI line is amazing for girls your age - go here they have a blog.

    https://fyiarbonne.com/index.asp?

Do push up for your chest (again shape magazine)

    stand up straight

Get 8 + hours of sleep

Find a good face regime and do it twice a day. AM/PM

treat yourself to a pedicure/manicure - as often as you can.

Get a trim and talk to a stylist about your hair -
