Why can't I change my desktop background?
I right clicked on the photo that I wanted but nothing showed. I refreshed my desktop, I even restarted my computer...nothing. I went to properties and I'm not even able to select a background image from the default background images.

you have a malicious software problem...more specifically a desktop hijacker...to remove it run your anti spyware application

Right Click desktop>Properties>in there somewhere is Active Desktop ewnable/disable, DISABLE.
should work.
