well, keep in mind that the mercedes s600 is a TRUE V12 mercedes (top of the line flagship of one of the world's best automakers), while the flying spur is a direct derivitive of the terribly unsuccessful volkswagen phaeton. on the other hand, most everyone will see the bentley hood ornament and consider it better than any mercedes.
