While praying or whatever have you ever "heard" God's voice speakin to you?

If he spoke to me I would jump. I never hear his voice but he talks to me through his word and through my minister.

I don't know if it was God's voice or an angle He sent. He told me that I was going to have an auto accident. That evening the weather was bad and as I was driving on the freeway a car pulled off the side of the road and came across my lane and stopped 40 feet ahead of my car. I was driving slower than I normally would have about 40 in a 65 speed zone because of the weather and the warning and what would have been a really bad crash turned into a fender bender in which no one was hurt.

He has spoken to me, but not in an audible voice. Still His voice is louder than other voices (people's voices)sometimes... when He chooses, but His voice is very gentle too... it's kind of hard to describe, but that is how I can explain it. Sometimes I wasn't even expecting it when He spoke to me. Just going about my buisiness... I know it was Him because of the suddenness and presence of love that I felt. It was also very comfortable and familiar. (and no, I'm not schizophrenic). People who know me know how down to earth I am. I am a normal person just like everyone else... (although I don't tell most of them about this) Many times, His messages about my personal life really surprized me. (That's another reason why I know it wasn't me...) then what He said would happen, did happen, exactly when and how He said it would. He hasn't told me much recently, but He only speaks when He feels it is necessary. Otherwise, He speaks to you through His presence and His word... the Bible.

Yes. I was praying for my six-week-old fetus, who was dying, to either go quickly and painlessly or be healed and allowed to stay. I distinctly heard a calm male voice say "Be at peace. He will live." And after a couple of startled breaths, I did feel very peaceful, like I didn't have anything to worry about anymore.

I named my son Michael. He graduated from the University of Iowa in 2005 and is currently engaged to be married.

I haven't audibly heard his voice while praying (yet) . However, before I gave my life to Christ I used to hear my name being called on a quite frequent regular basis. When I turned to see who said my name, there would be noone there. After a while I felt like I was losing it but kept it to myself.

After I gave my life to Christ, I didn't hear my name being called anymore. I realized then that God had "called me by name". He really does do that!

yes Twice in my life he has talked to me and it came out like a voice in my head. Both times he corrected me about something I was doing wrong..

The first time I had to do something unpleasant and get out of a situation. Difficult but it turned out to be right..

The second time I had to correct a mistake that I had made, and brother I did it very quickly and don't even think about doing that one again..

I am still very thankful that God spoke to me and corrected me. It is a privilege for him to do that. I am blessed.

faith in God is significant element. whilst i wanted God the main whilst cases for me have been truly undesirable God spoke back my prayers. whilst My kinfolk replaced into scuffling with and abusing me God have been given me out of that problem and right into a much greater valuable place. i'm now married and that i continually needed somewhat female. I prayed and that i replaced into despatched a appealing little female. God is astounding, in case you call and pray for Jesus and your in decide on of help, he listens to each prayer.

i never pray to god, i just talk to god as a friend and i want something from god then i just say to him as a parents, and parents always think nice for their children and if god gives me whatever i want then i am thankful to god and when god doesn't give me whatever i want then i asked to him that why you don't give me whatever i want? then a voice comes from my heart that if i don't gives u that because i want your hand empty to take anything more good from me. and that god says. and i said okay. because god is everything for me

Yes, God speaks to me many times in many different ways. I get excited when I know that God is talking to me because I know whatever He tells me, is going to happen. The first time was the night I received the gift of speaking in tongues. I was so excited about it, I wanted to call up other people to ask them what I should do next because I did not believe in it until God gave me this gift. As I was thinking of who to call, I was thinking about all the people at Church because it was after midnight, when I started to think about this one woman who I did not like at the Church, then WHAM! God spoke to me very clearly! He said, "I will not come inbetween you and Linda because I know that you love her." WOW< I did not even know this. But after I heard this, I knew that we were going to be married and if it was OK with God, then it was OK with me. I called her up at 5:00 in the Morning because she had told us that she gets up at 4:30am. When I called her, she got mad at me and told me to never call her again without letting me speak. She then called me after work and asked if I wanted to date her. 3 Months later we got married. We have a wonderful marriage and I look forward to hearing God speak to me. I never thought that this was possible until God started talking to me! I enjoy my relationship with God and He takes very good care of me.
