Finally it is official I am pregnant?

I understand totally, we tried for almsot 5 months to get pregnant. We finally did and then lost the baby in Dec. Then 3 weeks later (after the doc gave the okay to have sex again) we got pregnant on the first try. We waited until after we were 3 months pregnant this time to tell anyone. Now we are 1.5 weeks from being 6 months.

This will be the first blood grand child and great grand child for my husbands family. When we told them of the first pregnancy they were all very excited so we wanted to make sure this one was going to be successful before telling them. It is hard not to say anything to anyone, i know. I did tell my Mom and Dad so i had someone to talk to about aside from my husband. I knew they would not say anything to anyone.

I don't blame you for being scared. Don't be ashamed to wait until you get past the 12 week mark before you start shouting it to the hills. I miscarried and both of my successful pregnancies had me just about terrified the entire time. If you are a spiritual person it never hurts to pray about it and to seek help from clergy. Take it one day at a time and try to remain positive throughout your pregnancy. Best wishes to you and your family.

I have had 2 miscarriages.. one of which was VERY bad. And haven't been able to conceive. I am currently on fertility treatments. May I ask how you were able to conceive... did you do anything different?

Congratulations!! It is hard after miscarriages to believe that you are pregnant as you are being cautious... Enjoy the ride and wait till you have had you first scan and then you are able to rejoice with the pic too and show family and friends.

i wish u all the best hun. start going to the ob/gyn doc as soon as possible since u do have a history of miscarrages and im sure they will get u thru this to the happiest of endings.

Most suggest to wait till the end of the 1st trimester to tell anyone. You are pretty much in the clear at 13 weeks. I would wait until then.
