Why do I have -4 points this week?

you loose 5 points for asking a question, you get 1 for logging in, so you must have loged in +1 then got -5 for asking a question. It prevents people from only asking and not answering some also.

Next to the words "total points" on your profile, there is a small blue question mark, if you click on this you will go to a page that shows how each action affects your point total and what you can do with different point levels.

It sounds like two of the answers you gave got deleted possibly because the person asking the questions deleted the questions before it was resolved. I've had that happen a few times.

You haven't had any violations, so your -4 points is simply from signing on and asking and answering questions.

You have -4 points because you asked a question on this site. when you ask a question on YAHOO! ANSWERS you lose points. When you answer questions on here you earn points.
