Where on-line can I find a mascara that won't uncurl my eyelashes, in brown, for under $10?

Question

I realize that "you get what you pay for" also applies to cosmetics.  That does not, however, mean that my budget allows me to buy a $20 tube of mascara, even if I were insane enough to do so.  There are plenty quality products available for less. 
I also hate when I get a great curl in my lashes and the mascara I'm trying uncurls them into straight spikes protruding perpendicular from my head.  
And what it is with companies not making brown mascara anymore?  

Please don't tell me to curl my lashes after I apply my mascara as a fix to this problem.  Not only am I not masochistic enough to want to pull out my lashes in this fashion and strip the mascara I just applied off the lashes that remain, bald spots in your eyelashes isn't quite my style.

Hi! I use Mabeline " Volum Express" it comes in reg and waterproof. I use waterproof cause I am a big crybaby !
I use very black.....I know they have a brownish black but not sure if they have just a straight brown.  The only thing I suggest is when you first open it pump the wand a couple times then pull the wand out  and wipe off the brush. After that do not pump the wand it puts to much mascara on the brush and you get clumps. When you use it just take in out and put in once before applying.

what style of eyelash curler do you utilize? i think of thats your concern, water-resistant mascara is basically that, water-resistant, probability is it wont help the curl final from now on. attempt a MAC or Shiseido eyelash curler, i gaurentee you will see the differance!

WELL DERS DA LORAL VOLUME SHOCKIN MASCARA DAS LIKE BLACK BROWN...BUT IT HAS BROWN IT ...BUT IS LIKE $4 MORE DAN DA PRICE UR ASKIN  FOR...BUT I THINK IS WORTH IT..IS $14 BUT IT WORRKS GOOD IS DA WATERPROOF ONE N IT WONT BRING DOWN UR EYELASHES FOR NOTHIN!!!
