Internet Explorer Tabs?

I used to be able to right click on a link on a webpage and was given the option of opening the page in a new tab. Recently, it has stopped giving me this option. Is there some setting I need to reset to reclaim this option?

    Well you could try to redownload IE or just download Firefox which i prefer..

    Personally, I would recommend Firefox, it is customizable and much faster
