Does the cyclone Gonu headed for the Persian Gulf mean that Allah is punishing the Muslims in that area?

I remember some mullahs claiming that Hurricane Katrina that hit Louisiana was sent by Allah to punish the US infidels/pigdogs...just wondering.

    muslims are not above punishment from god, and i hope no body gets hurt...and for the 1st answer ..how nice that u wish ppl to die for ur own amusment.

    and by the way, 75%of residence in areas it hit already are not arabs or muslims...so maybe god are punishing these countries for hosting so many non muslims
