Who's mad as hell and won't take it anymore?
Increasingly, I'm disgusted by the Bush administration's perpetuation of this unjust war. And I'm sure I'm not alone! American soldiers are dying, world opinion of the United States is at an all-time low and falling yet no one in office seems to really want to do anything about it, Republican or Democrat. It seems more and more obvious that big business and government contracts are the driving force behind our occupation in Iraq and if we don't watch out, Iran is most certainly next. My question is this: What can we as Americans do to make our voices heard? Speak up!

80% of Americans agree with you. Unfortunately, Americans have been beaten down for so long, they are afraid to speak out because they believe it will make them look un-American.

I am ready! The Paris Hilton thing this morning was the last straw (not congress rolling over for Bush on the Iraq funding bill). I will be making a few giant posters to hang on the overpaths. I am sorry to say, but it now has come time for civil disobedience... Nobody listens to the people (majority), so the people must rise up against the Bush regime and the corporations who bought the White House. I believe that American people must protest by leaving their jobs for 3 days, and going into the street holding protest signs. Boycott all major corporations that support Bush's agenda. Start with turning FOX news off.

Why not start at the beginning? Why is it that we cannot pump the oil out of Prudhoe Bay Alaska?
It was an enormous find in the late sixties, companies were set up to pump (wells are already in place), but the pipeline was stopped on the frozen tundra in the early 70's. Supposedly by the newly formed EPA, seems like the million dollar fines for parking on the side of the road were killing Transalaska oil.
You can focus on Bush and the war, and the liberal rants, but unless you are willing to vote outside your party things will remain pretty much the same.

I wouldn't say be 'mad' as 'hell'. Rather:
Be angry, and sin(law) not: Paul The Apostle.
Sin(law) no more, lest a worse thing happen: JC.
(such is told both the man and the woman in the Bible)
The OBVIOUS problem with America is their 'rule of law'.
Ye are not under the law, but under grace, if led of the Spirit.
Law "worketh wrath": is notably destructive, not constructive.
GWB's rod of iron 'rule of law' produces dis-order, not order.
Christ: neither Democrat nor Republican, but above law law.
Christ is our "peace"; Not our war, Nor our division.
Mark & Avoid them which cause divisions: Rom 16.
War: what is it good for? Absolutely Nothing!
Good God you all, it's friend only to the under-taker: law.
Peace is not won by war. It's the absence of war(division).
Peace can't be enforced. It's achieved by understanding.
Solomon, Plato, Einstein, Gandhi, all agree about peace.
With all thy getting, get it: understanding = grace glory.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

Since we in the US have embraced the ideology of capitlalism for the past two hundred plus years, nothing short of a civil revolution against it will be needed. That being said, let's not forget the tens of thousands of lives we were able to save from a murdering piece of crap that once ruled Iraq. Granted, I believe that our gov't. is in Iraq only to gain a better foothold in thwarting the evil that is rampant in Iran and Syria and those gov't.s that harbor radical Islamic extremists.

Just continue to yell to everyone that listens. Even the republicans are realizing that we are not happy. The question that someone needs to answer is whether the country (Iraq) is better off with us there or with us leaving. My opinion is that if we set specific timetables, Iraq will decide the answer.

if you wanted "better" government..then your party should offer better candidates....
You are going to have to face the better man got the job..twice....
We needed a leader and we got one. I hope that we have the same opportunity to elect someone that will lead us again in 2008.
Soldiers are in the military by their choice (and God bless them!) They are trying to give other the joy of knowing what it is like to have freedom and rights...because of them, you have the right to hate your president with out being hung in the courtyard. And I have the right to tell you I that I find your ignorance borderline treacherous.
God Bless America!

Stand down from your soap box. We hear this same propaganda speech all day long every day from the Democrats. I'll be glad when the election is over so you will just STOP WHINING!
