anyone heard of gold canyon candles?
what do you think of company? I signed up to be a rep so I ordered their demonstrators kit for $200. They have charged my credit card but haven't shipped it so I'm disputing charge as I am unable to talk to anyone.

Did you sign up directly through the Gold Canyon site? I'm also a demonstrator and can attest that the company is great to do business with and always ships their items out quickly. I've always been able to connect with their customer service reps quickly. You should have had email notification of your order and shipment as well as received a demonstrator number immediately after signing up (if you did it online), which would then allow you access to the website for the demonstrators.

Oh No...Something is not right here...I too am a demo for Gold canyon, You should call Gold Canyon...They ship out the demo kits within 24 to 48 hours. try this 1-866-737-8311 toll free. I am sure there must be a glitch in the system!! Keep me posted.
