probably won't make it rain you could try and get people to stop going to work on fridays. statics show that the weekends are generally more rainy then during the week I just read something the begining of the week that they beleive it's because of polution that has something to do with it. sorry can't remember the article to quote properly

Yes it's nasty outside but I don't think washing your car will bring rain however it will mayke your car clean:)
