Scrape off any gross accumulation, then soak in TSP, trisodium phosphate, solution. Scrub with a scrub brush. Find TSP at home centers. For something really stubborn, place baking soda on top of the spots and let sit until it won't absorb any more. May have to replace it more than once. Even at this, you are likely to have shadow though because of the nature of Portland cement, it actually absorbs and chemically bonds to contaminates making them almost impossible to remove. Put a sealer on the floor to make the job much easier next time.

Remove grease & oil stains on concrete by wetting the stains and generously sprinkling them with dishwasher detergent. Let stand a few minutes before rinsing with boiling water.

I use Shout, works very good for me. It also works for oil stains on the driveway. Spray, let it set as long as possible, then rinse with water.

Use HOLY COW DEGREASER(its the greeen liquid)!!!! It really works and its not harmfull. Just spray leave on and 5 mins later hose off!!! WARNING: This stuff is adicttive. Once you use it youll be using it on every thing to see how powerfull it really is. I love it cause I can use it everywhere and not worry about using gloves and the fumes that come with normal cleaning products.

M.E.K. methyl Ethel ketone Pick it up at home depot or hardware store. It is some thing you will want to use carefully and while fully ventilating. It is also some thing that will eat thru thin gloves. Use rubber gloves, eye protection and read label.
