"I thought I Taw a Puddy Tat! I did!" ^_^
I'm sorry, I had to. *lol* These things happen.
Some days you end up trying to do things before you are fully awake and before the caffiene kicks in and you get distracted. ^_^ This happens to me all the time some days. You will start your day, especially on the weekends, with one plan and then something external happens to *snag your senses* and before you realize it you've spent two hours or more following a tangent that looked like a rabbit hole to follow down.
If we didn't have the capacity to do this, honestly, the internet as we know it *wouldn't work*. And neither would commercials on TV.
And of course this just assumes "it" is an ordinary problem with an ordinary explanation--which is usually the case.
Some times, rarely though, it isn't. Sometimes (and I have had *this* occur too, sleeping and awake and it gets scary) you will end up with a thought in your head, and swear up and down that it isn't your own. O_O Which leaves you with two explanations: either telepathy or schizophrenia. And the question: How much *do* you trust your own brain's grip on reality? Or more to the point, How well can you cope with the occasional "incursion" or voice in your head that doesn't *belong to you*?
I have a Best Answer in there somewhere about just this sort of thing. ^_^
But the point is, these things happen. Sometimes your train of thought leaves the station without you, and sometimes it gets *derailed*.
Hope this helps, and don't think *too hard*! *lol* I just *ran out* of tylenol, sorry. -_-

but it WAS the thought, that you thought you thought, because if it wasn't the thought that you thought you thought, you would have known it was the thought that you thought, you thought. But now that I think of it, maybe your thoughts wasn't the thought that you thought you thought.... wait let me think about this shocking development a little more ....I'll be right back!

Oh I get it now. Sorry I can be slow sometimes. I hate when that happens to me. But then the thought came back to the thought I thought I had. Oh well!

...very shocking that you thought of a thought that you thought that you thought and if only i could thought of that thought then you won't be having a thought that you thought of that thought only to thought that i thought that thought.

you are open to the infinite interpretations of any thing at any time?....no you just experienced that 'our' minds can sometimes be objective.
there are so many interpretations....for everything.....choose the most beautiful version of the thought you thought you thought....and all will be well, friend =)
either that or I raced you to a thought and just as yours registered ...mine slipped in and said hi! don't you wish?(sometimes)=)
