Poor internet service from Orange?
Is it me or is the Internet service provided by Orange absolutely C-rap? When Wanadoo provided the service, it was excellent. Since Orange took over it is absolutely useless. It takes ages to log on (sometimes more than 1 hour). You get timed out ALL the time or you lose connection in the middle of a download. The more people who answer, the more evidence I have to send to Orange.

Orange is bad , but not that bad. I believe your settings are not properly configured. Call orange and ask them for your proxy addresses and proper configuration settings. Use those settings to work the internet. If the service is that bad, as a customer you have every right to get angry and call them and they are bound to provide you with support.

i agrre, i had it andc it kept freezing and getting viruses. if you have sky or virgin you are better of getting their broadband, but get the one that suits you, not just the hng tthas te most storae, i find sky is ver ood for the internet
