Best BBQ sauce?
What BBQ sauce would you recomend. I like sauces on the sweeter side rather than the more vinegar side. Thanks

I will swear to my dying day that it's Cookies BBQ sauce. It is on the sweeter side if you get the Original. They have a website too, if you're not in the midwest.

I make my own and it can be used as a marinade or as a dipping sauce.
Basically it is two parts tomato ketchup to one part brown sauce. Good splash of Worcestershire sauce, a tablespoon of liquid smoke, heaped teaspoon of lazy garlic.
If you want to make it more firey then some crushed chilli can be added but give it an hour or so to soak in the rest of the ingredients.

The best BBQ sauce ever made in my opinion is the banana bbq sauce from nature isle tropical gourmet. www.naturegourmet.com. It is made from bananas and pineapples, no tomatoes, msg, or glutten and its kosha. Its the best. It's a little bit on the sweet side too.

well if you like sweeter sauces go with midwest BBQ sauce. In Kansas City we make our sauce sweet. I like auther Bryant's sauce or Jack's Stack sauce. If you are not in the midwest Kc master pice makes an ok sauce but go with the orignal or the spicy. the spicy is still sweet but it also has some spice in it.

I would recommend Megadeath sauce. It is fantastic spread liberally on a wide range of Barbeque meats.
It, and a whole world of other crazy sauces are available from Hotheadz.com

Mix brown sugar and red wine together and a bit of dark soy sauce . No measuring needed. Marinade your meat 2 hrs or so b4 putting them on the grill. Brush it with honey which is mix with water and voila! taste good. That's my favorite recipe for marinating.
