How do you get the deep sea scale, and deep sea tooth in Pokemon Diamond?

Wild Sharpedo, Huntail, and Carvanha have the Deep Sea Tooth, while Gorebyss, Relicanth, Chinchou, and Lanturn have the Deep Sea Scale. You can either catch them, or use the move Thief to steal it if the Pokemon using it has no held item. Mightyena learns it at level 57, Kecleon will either come with it or can relearn it with a Heart Scale, and it's TM46 in DP. A ton of Pokemon can learn it.

Deep Sea Scale- I think you need to catch a wild relicanth, chinchou, or lanturn that has the item attached.
Deep Sea Tooth- I think you need to catch a wild carvanah, or sharpedo that has the item attached.
