What's one of your favorite Bible verses? Why?

John 15:13

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.

Aside from being representative of the ultimate sacrifice, it can also serve as a model for behavior. Put the needs of others before your own.

" Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him" ( 1 Corinthians 2:9). What an awesome verse! The reality of Heaven and the great things God will do for those who are faithful and wait.

I have a lot but the one that come right now is John 3:16 and 17

"for God so loved the world that he gave his only begotton son that whosoever believeth in him should have ever lasting life. For God sent no his son into the world to condemn the world but that the world through him might be saved."

Because it shows the LOVE of God and not the WRATH

Proverbs 3:13

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
