Since this is the ethics category, how about every jerk that has ever sent me spam about my mortgage or my tool or my credit rating or anything else. and after the stocks we could also draw and quarter the spammers, then tie them beneath a camel and drag them through the desert for a week. Glad you want to put them in Trafalgar Square. As the other guy said, we cannot do this in the USA. Such a pity.

As for public figures, we could send you Ted Kennedy and Michael Moore. A week in the stocks would do wonders for both their figures.
