How do you share a private video with friends on youtube?

I made one video private and at the time I did it, they gave me the option to invite friends and family. I didn't want to do it at that moment but now that I do want to invite someone, I can't find a way to do so. Can someone help me out? I don't want to have to put that particular video on public in order for my friend to see it.

Update:

I followed those instructions but now it just says "video details have been updated" but I still don't see where I can send it to a specific person. What am I missing?

    Ok, Go to

"My account" on the top right, then you see where it says Videos? Click on "My videos" Then choose the "edit video" button on the right side of the video you want to set as private. Scroll down to "sharing Options" And insted of the brodcast choice being on public, click on private. But you have to put all of your frinds that you wish to see the video in one group, either family of friends.

You can't do this anymore. You can add users to the list, but it won't actually let them watch the video. There is no longer anyway to do this. I've researched this exhaustively. You simply cannot do this anymore.

They have simply left enough of the old system that it makes you THINK you can do it. But it doesn't work.
