Lots of good players available.
Javaris Crittenton is the clear choice to me.
His turnovers are a problem, but he only 19. He's going to be a big point guard. He's a leader and unselfish. This team needs a true point guard and he's the guy. Jason Williams' knee and age could start to be a concern.
With Shaq and Zo getting old too, Sean Williams is intriguing, he's high risk though. This team is getting old fast and they need both the best player on the board and a safe pick. Adding Crittenton gives this team a starting backcourt for years to come.

The heat have an aging front court so a player like Aaron Gray would be good here. He is a solid big man who had some good games at the pre draft camps. He can score well around the basket and rebounds very well. He has a big strong body and with Shaq and Zo as teachers he can develop into an excellent nba player. He will help a lot with the heat because Doleac, Shaq and Zo are getting too old to become a force inside anymore so Gray will be able to blossom once they all depart from the team.

with the remaining available players, i think glen davis and sean williams are the most capable players to address their aging front court..
glen davis is like a smaller, younger version of shaq while sean williams will provide you with what zo gives the heat.. blocked shots and solid rebounding numbers
another option would be jared dudley, a shane battier/udonis haslem type of player.. he may not be very athletic but the works hard and provides you what you need during the game..
lastly, they could also consider javaris crittenton, a big (6'5") point guard.. who will be a big help in their pg rotation (j-will and gp)

They need a solid backup for Shaq because him and Zo won't be around for much longer. I'd say Nick Fazekas if he's still available by then. Or maybe someone like Georgetown's Roy Hibbert or LSU's Glen Davis. Davis reminds me of Shaq the most. So I'd probably say him.

im going to say Ante Tomic. he is a 7-2 center that is a good rebounder, which is great for miami b/c shaq is what?? 35 years old? mourning? same thing. I would have said tiago splitter, but tomic is taller, so ill give it to tomic!!

Ante Tomic.. dunno who he is but I like his name.
Id say Alando Tucker, best player available.. if he even is still there at #20.
