Can you make a quick and healthy falafal without oil?

I love the stuff, and actually enjoy the quick-fix mixes, but frying seems to discount the health benefits, any ideas?

You can cook anything without oil if you use the right cookware. Even fried chicken that will taste heavenly.

    If interested, ask me how.
