Is there any way to find out if someone owns a home or not? How do you know if the mortgage is real?
Just wondering how to go about finding if a person really owns a home or if I am being bull shitted...? Thanks

The easiest way is to check the tax record. Many local governments have open websites that are very easy to access and check. If they don't have an easy access web site then they will have records on file that you should be able to access fairly easily.
Another way to go is to ask a Realtor to check that information for you. Typically, Realtors have access to tax records through their MLS. If you have a friend who is an agent they will be able to check it in a few seconds. If not, then just ask any Realtor, I'll bet you could find a Realtor who would divulge that information. Lure the agent along by suggesting that you will be calling on them in the future for business.
I'm a real estate agent and if you are in my area I would be happy to pull that information for you. It's a matter of public record, so I would have no problem divulging that information to you.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://bitly.im/aOhY1
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Buying a home is part of the tax assessor public record. You can go to the city hall and ask who owns a particular home at a given address.
Or, you can ask "the person" when exactly they bought the home and go to many sources to find out when the home was purchased, and for how much.
Try sites like www.zillow.com and input the address. It will tell you when it was purchased and the purchase price.
Good luck.

Google the property appraiser website for the area when the house supposedly is located and you should be able to do a public search. Don't worry about paying anyone to do a title search. It's usually pretty simple to put in " so and so county property appraiser" in the web search and find what you need in the first 10 results

Obviously not. The conservative claim of unconstitutionality is without merit. I think however that the penalty has to be fairly substantial in order to encourage individuals to purchase health insurance. There should also be cost control measures considered, including a future public option.

Since you are obviously a far left Obama Democrat, not only can you get a tax deduction on a non-existent home but you are also allowed to claim a deduction on MY home. You lucky duck!

Ask the person to show property papers and also you can do TITLE SEARCH from govt. department. They will charge you some fee but its worth. If you have a lawyer he / she should be able to help you out.
Good luck

Ask from a lawyer to check out the deeds/contracts. It costs but "better safe than sorry".
