if u seriously wanna get rid of that extra bulgy fats then u must go on a strict diet....excercise can also help u alot.

You don't look fat. If you want to work on your belly you should try sit ups and crunches. You could also lay down on your back and do leg lifts (hold for 5 secs) for 10 reps or more if you can. It's about consistency so you'll need to do it 3-5 times a week. If there were any changes in your eating habits, you may want to change that too. If you suddenly gained 20 pounds, you may also want to go to the doctor and get a check up.

The fact is that stomach fat doesn't disappear with tons of stomach crunches. We may know that Britney Spears used to do 1000 crunches a day and that Fergie does a ton of stomach toning exercises, etc., but those famous people with flat abs do something else first: they keep their body fat percentage down.

Body fat percentage is the real problem, not invisble abdominal muscles. Everyone has muscle on them, but the fat covers it. It's just necessary to reduce the fat so that the muscle will be revealed. I am battling my own body fat problems because of genetic inclination towards high body fat percentage, but the primary thing to remember is that cardio exercise is really the best thing.

Low-intensity exercise is about burning carbs but not fats.

    Two words: aerobic exercise.

Don't believe that doing 1000 crunches a day will slim it down, because it really won't help. Doing aerobic exercises like running or taking some aerobic class will help trim down you stomach. I know first hand because that's what I did and it works. You can start doing crunches after you trim your tummy if you want to get it really firm.

Cardio exercise to burn fat (from all over), and ab toning exercises to tone the muscle under the fat.

You can do a search online for ab exercises if you don't know any...there are a number, including the ever-popular crunches, you may choose to add to your workout regime.

exercise - run, walk, or anything that'll get you to sweating the pounds off. After you've lost some weight then start to tone up your stomach by doing sit-ups & crunches

Improve your eating habits as well

do different types of crunches. Dothem until you can't do any more. Also, run/walk. That helps sculpt all around.
