The New York Knicks have the 23rd pick in the 2007 NBA Draft... which player should they draft?

where to begin with the knicks.......Well they have an excellent PF in david lee who will only get better. They have frye and curry maning the paint and marbury and robinson playing point. The weakness with this team lies with defense and team play and i think that picking Alando Tucker will do them well. He is a feirce competitior who will come in and help the knicks right away with is experience and scoring. He can play SG and SF but he will probably play more SG because he lacks the size in the nba. He does a lot of things well which is what the knicks need and he has a winning attitude so the knicks would surely welcome him in. They have a lot fo young peices so a good coach is all they need to at least push them into the playoffs this next year.

Daequan Cook

Tough one...you know Isiah is not going to take the player everybody thinks he should take. They've been talking to Daequan Cook so they might be looking to take him. He's a great athlete and can play SF although he's listed as SG. Even Marbury wants another shooter. He's got a ton of potential and so the Knicks will pick Cook.

They could have gone with Afflalo or Tucker who are probably more ready to step in right away, but that didn't stop them from drafting Balkman last year on the hope he'd be a Rodman type. So you know Isiah likes athletes...so Sean Williams could be possible too...like that other guy said.

The Knicks should take him

With Quentin Richardson injured like every other day along with marbury and francis, tucker would be the perfect combo guard for Isiah Thomas' knicks

dude can D' it up too and he can bring in intensity and energy of the bench at first and then maybe slide into a starting role. Jared Jeffries was a bust, lee and frye are too young even though they rebound well but they are not good defenders.

This is an absolute steal if the knicks take alando tucker

Thomas loves defense, it is afterall what wins championships. I also see him drafting the most talented player on the board- Sean Williams. He'd be an energy guy off the bench behind Curry & Lee. He need LOTS of work to become more disciplined, but he does have really nice timing on his blocks.

Wouldn't be surprised by Dudley (higher fg% than Durant), Almond (best shooter in the draft), or Pruitt (one of the better PGs).

Daequan Cook

They boo every physique they don't be attentive to...in simple terms how this is with Knicks followers, till you're from vast apple. they do no longer coach help till finally the participant shows promise on the court docket. they are going to be loving him come October/November.

Deaquan cook he is a good sg which i think the knicks need and hes quick which will match up with the knicks very well and him and david lee good be a good combination to have

Where's Alando Tucker? He's much better than any of these players.
