There is always the possibility, but are you sure you didn't conceive last month maybe? Go buy a home pregnancy test.
A lot of the symptoms you are having don't typically come until later in pregnancy (like the darkening of the nipples, frequent urinating and backaches). The light cramping could be implantation. Your best bet is to take a HPT. Sometimes, when you really want to become pregnant, you start noticing all these symptoms that were there before. Kind of like wishful thinking...definitely nothing wrong with this, I think we all go through it at one point or another.
Good Luck! Let us know what happens!

You could be experienced pre-menstrual symptoms, or pre-pregnancy.
Only thing you can do is take a pregnancy test and see for sure.
However, I don't think you're pregnant. Most women ovulate 14 days after the first day of their last period. Every woman is different, but looking at the dates...which is only a week difference, it'd be a low low chance that you'd conceive. It's not impossible, but it does have a low chance.
Take a pregnancy test and see.
I had sex 4 times last month and I was suppose to get my period last week, took a test, found out I was pregnant. So it doesn't hurt to take one.
Take care, and good luck either way!

It is possible because you have had unprotected sex. However, no one would be able to say how *probable* it is unless you can give info on when you ovulated. If you do not know information about when you ovulated, your luteal phase and/or if you do not (temperature) chart your cycles, then your best bet is to take an HPT. If the HPT is negative and your period does not being in another week, try another HPT and contact your medical professional.
For further information about determining your ovulation and luteal phase from charting, see list of sources.

You're only a few days late on your period. Unless you're taking the pill (very predictable cycles) I wouldn't panic yet. On the other hand, if you have no period in the next week, you may consider taking a test.
Be honest with yourself. Take care of yourself, use contraceptives next time.
Good luck.

Miss Lee, it's now time you became a Mrs. and stopped "playing house!" Look, you are going to be a mother soon, so for the sake of your child, take your boyfriend to your local courthouse and buy a marriage license and a marriage certificate. They cost about $100 and takes a couple of days. Take your parents and his along as witnesses and have a great time afterward. Do this before you child is born so your child will not be born illegitimately. Your child will really appreciate your unselfishness when it is old enough to realize your decision.

Perhaps you should go buy a home pregnancy test or go to the nearest Health Department to find out.
