error message on my Toshiba laptop?
i got this error message last nite. PFN_LIST_CORRUPT and a STOP ERROR SCreen came up.Physical dump memory ended and the system restarted.
This was on a Toshiba laptop,Satellite m30 and running on windows xp sp2.what does this errror message mean.what should/shouldn't i do??
Please help.

That message is a corrupt pagefile. Usually it means bad memory, if you have 2 sticks in the machine remove one or the other and see if it goes away.
If it's not the memory, tap "F8" while booting to access the safe mode selection screen. Try "last known good configuration". If that doesnt work it is restore disk time.
