    A sentence requires a minimum of subject and verb, otherwise it can only be considered a clause.

    I'm not sure what you mean but...........no.yes,I,why,I do,I can't,I am,I don't know,go.............are not full sentences,becaues they don't have a subject,predicate and are not complete thoughs.
