I'm not familiar with your area, but almost every place I've been has had a Humane Society chapter nearby that would give a very good rate on spaying/neutering an animal or sometimes even do it for free. A lot of them will have a special day where they will spay and neuter cats and dogs for free in order to help keep the stray populations down, especially in larger cities (I'm sure Los Angeles would apply). You should check your phone book and contact your local Humane Society or the SPCA and ask them about their spaying/neutering programs for whatever animal it is you are asking about.
I'm sure if you get them to do it they will succeed 100% as they are very familiar with such procedures and have or work with well trained veterinarians.

Call your local Humane Society. I'm not sure where Diamond Bar is, I live on the Peninsula, but I got my dog neutered and micro-chipped for free through the Peninsula Humane Society. They were awesome and did a great job. Good Luck :)

Bob Barker and many celebrities talk about spay and neutering. You may find something by following that info.
In many areas of the country, there are inexpensive clinics that the SPCA or Humane Society can direct you to, for affordable care.

you're conscious that maximum of those canines are strays that have been born as strays, suitable? The northern portion of Taiwan would have executed a great activity at removing strays, however the southern portion of Taiwan nevertheless has loads of them. So strays provide delivery to extra strays. i think of the government could furnish loose spays and neuters which i think of could surely carry down the kind of canines giving delivery by hazard and then chucking out the domestic canines. i think of there is loads of super puppy vendors in Taiwan who spay and neuter their pets, or shop them remote from humping different canines or being humped in the event that they choose for to no longer spay or neuter. i think of as long as that is much less costly, maximum rational human beings could do it.

I know the area and I think the Humane Society is still out that way and maybe they will do it at a low price. I found one and I don't know where Phillips Ranch is but they have a cheap Vet that you can bring your cat to. It is called Angels care Animal Hospital. good Luck

Find out if you have any vet schools close by. They'll do it for very cheap. Don't be concerned that they're students, an actual vet supervises (spay/neutering isn't very difficult anyway).
