Installing free standing wood stove.?

It's a" lopi" Model M 520.

We have the tubes/pipes. Need to know about the clearance needed at the back, stove to wall. (Yes we have slate tiles on the wall and a huge hearth plate ).

What is the min. we have to have?

Tryed the "Lopi "web site, nothing!!

    Building reg. differ. In the UK it's illegal to fit one you self because of safety. Here it's 50mm(2") from the back, 100mm(4") from the sides and 300mm(12") from the front to the end of the hearth. Search other makers sites. In the UK go on the solid fuel association, for more info.

    I am not familiar with a Lopi stove but the construction of the stove is important. Some stoves are single walled, some are double walled and even insulated and, of course, can be closer to the wall. You need to get with your dealer or the manufacturer for the correct info. Is cheap advice worth burning your house down?.

    If it's not inflammable material all round then 2 inches is Ok
