Eating a healthy diet with regular exercise will help you lose weight. Try walking/jogging/running for 30-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Do situps and crunches. You can't really target a specific area of your body to lose weight so you will need to work on improving your whole body.

Take your diet and exercise slow, make surre you ease into it. If you just jump into a major plan than your "will power" will break super fast, and you'll return to your old habits only worse. You see our bodies have a "set" weight point (where ever we have been able to hold our weight easily for a six month period) so if you slowly cut out sweets and fats replace them with heathly foods like fruits. Make sre you eat leaner meats, but don't cut it out completely, protein aids your muscles, and muscles help you burn more calories. When you excercise rotate between strength and cadio workouts. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn while sleeping. Make sure to check with your doctor before you start anything, because your weight is a bit high. Health should come first. And make sure to do your research, look around, see what appeals to you. Every step counts. Never get down on yourself. It's not about what the scale says(muscle weighs more than fat, trust me, I'm 17, I weigh 150lbs, but I have a 25 inch waist) it about how you feel when you look at yourself in the mirror. Do what makes you comfortable!

Drink warm green tea twice daily (the real kind, not the Snapple stuff), change your diet so it'll be healthy (chicken, salad, fruit, lots of water), and exercise daily. Also eat several small meals a day, not just 3 big ones.
Also go to your nearest health food store and get an herbal body cleanser, it gets rid of all that unhealthy stuff in your body so it'll be easier to lose weight.

Eat right and exercise regularly. Don't go on a diet, make a lifestyle change.
