If you can't find excatly what you are looking for a good tattoo artist should be able to and very willing draw it out for you. As far as price goes it varies too much from place to place but plan on spending at least $200.

Your tattooist should be able to draw that up for you.
The second tat, from your description, it the Marine logo...
and again, the only person who can tell you tat answer is
the tattooist.
