Sorry I dont plan to be a jester tonite, My Lord. Maybe I could tell you wild tales of a match of a fabled game called Basketbball with the perfect specimens from the town of Dallas of the Wild West and the town of Miami by the sea?

Family words are always esoteric and weird, but here's our latest:

My husband calls our daughters "sweaterpie."

It started with 'sweetheart,' combined with 'sugarpie,' mutated to "sweTHert," and somehow ended up 'sweaterpie' (like the thing you put on in winter and then sit down to eat apples in?).

He's weird, I know. It's why I love him.

boogly-eyed: This is how your eyes get when you've been awake and driving too long. Your eyes get a bit loopy, squirmy, wiggly and giggly and won't stay still or focused no matter what you do.

Gollumized: Experiences a state of “Gollum”, or deep sense of greed, an obsession.

Obsequiousness

It makes me think of a squash or a pumpkin...it actually means loyal; steadfast;etc....

These are some of my faves:

craptacular - when things are so bad that you just know they couldn't get worse & then they *do*;

horribilize - to torment, torture, or humiliate someone to full out laughter;

lalalalater - bye bye! 8-)
