VW won't Start 1995 passat?
to reply to the other people who answered when i replaced my starter it replaced the cylinoyd because it's one piece right now im looking at relays and i have hooked it up to a battery and still no luck so im thinking it might be this electronic control relay at least i pulled it out and it did the same thing wich if it was functional it would most likely have affected something and it did not so who knows im going to try that i just need some ideas you know

Fasten the seat-belt/shoulder belt to the door. If it isn't latched, VW won't let it start. Safety issues you know. More Nannyism.
