I am dying for a fish or chicken sandwich...Will you make me one?
How will you fix it? Remember, I love everything. What type of bread would you use? What would you put on it?
Could you design one for me? I'm starving!

How 'bout we start with a nice boneless, skinless chicken Brest that has been marinated overnight it Italian dressing.....we'll grill it over medium heat for about 4 min per side...then we'll put it on a Kaiser roll with Muenster cheese, fresh spinach, tomato, red onion, a sprinkle of chopped basil, and on the top bun a generous spread of sun-dried tomato/basil mayo. For a side we'll make deep fried sweet potato wedges. Enjoy!!

I hate to cook but the good news is I'm good at it, and with some motivation I'll actually do it. Ok so the first obvious thing to me is how I much prefer chicken to fish, so I'm making you a chicken sandwich. And I'm going to go with sourdough bread because it's thin and is kinda tasty for a plain bread. I would grill the chicken but also marinate it some in Heinz 57 and butter, plus a few cooked veggies - onion, banana peppers, but serve it with a cold tomato slice and mayo. Last but not least a slice or two of melted, hot-pepper jack cheese.

How about a 'Chicken Of The Sea' tuna salad sandwich - so you get both chicken and fish! I like tuna with some finely chopped celery, egg, onion, and my special ingredient is teensy chopped up apple bits instead of relish. Mix that with some mayo, slap a scoopful on (tadaa....) *raisin bread* (incredibly yummy!!!), add a nice big leaf of butter lettuce (I hate iceberg!) and, if you like, a slice of organic tomato. And a nice cold glass of fresh squeezed lemonade to wash it down! Enjoy!
Now I'm hungry again, and I just ate!

How bout I make you a sammich instead? :)
With toasted rye and foreign (but yummy) cheese, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, turkey (and loads of it) mayonnaise, mustard, and cranberries. If you don't like it, I can always make another one.
