How do I wear these rain boots?

skinny jeans are nice, but for that really japan retro look, a pair of leggings.

That would look good with a trench coat. Not the plastic ones though. And I guess any shirt. Although I hate skinny jeans (with a passion haha), they wouldn't look bad with these boots.

Skinny jean or to the knee plain pencil skirt. A peasant skirt would be cute too, but if these are plaid boots, then a solid color definitely

They strike a twine in me of Scandinavian Fishermen, they have been them too. Why no longer attempt yet another shade, greater discrete or yet another style of waterprooved shoe; i think of those style of trainers are greater working shoes (or for toddlers).

i would wear them with a skirt, they're wellies after all! they'll go with anything, but in the UK we generally wear them in mud and stuff, and we have green ones!
