Women and breast cancer - important.?

I hope I can do this on here. I just got an e-mail about a bill in congress. Most insurance companies don't want to pay for a woman to stay in the hospital after a mastectomy and are even trying to make it outpatient surgery. There is a bill in congress to allow a woman 48 hours in the hospital after surgery if her doctor thinks she needs it. Lifetime tv has a petition going to try to get this bill passed.
