How to get a regular license back after having a restricted license in NYS?
My daughter's license was suspended 2 years ago when she forgot to return old car's license plates to the DMV in NYS. She was able to get a restricted license to continue driving to vocational school. It was never explained to her, so she and I just figured that once that suspension on her license lifted so would the restriction. She recently found out the restriction is still in place. What would she need to do to get the restriction removed and her regular license back?

She should call Motor Vehicles, or whatever you call it in NYS, to find out how to re-instate her license. They can tell her entirely what she needs to do.
