there aren't any products that can speed hair growth. However, if you massage your scalp for about a minute everyday, the blood flow will help stimulate the hair folicals and grow. I didn't pay attention to the name when i started writing this, so if you are a girl, you probably just don't like the top of your hair cut. try pulling back the top half into a cute clip or using a thick headband until it grows out. If you are a guy, try different styles, like spiking it por doing the messy look with gel. If its too short to do anything like that, i guess get a new cap. Lol. Give it a week or two. It will grow out a bit and look better. Best of luck.

Wash and condition you hair as normal. When you are rinsing your hair massage you scalp gently with your fingertips in a circular motion. After doing this for awhile this girl told me that her hair grew faster than normal. It is an easier way than wasting your money on pills that don't work.

Maybe you could get extentions. Most celebs. have them. Like Paris Hilton, Brenda Song,,,, they come in different hair colors and lengths. A ''hair person'' will put on long extentions, but cut them to the length and style you want it. Good luck!
