    it means hot momma, many guys say that to girls when they check them out. Its also a cute word when your mom says it to you as in a little compliment, but its very different from a guy and a mom. hope i helped

    If it was a guy the it means hot girl.

    It can also be used as a term of endearment.

    It means "hot girl". I asked the same question to a friend of mine who is Colombian and that's what he answered! :-)
