You can't do it without sending them another invite or they put in a request.

Navigate to your group.
Click on the Members link on the left side
Click on the Invite People in the upper right portion of the page
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Add Members from an existing email list.
But please don't abuse this feature.

Just send the person an invite and if it was an accident send them an apology. If the person accepts, click approve on the membership and everything is good to go!

You can send them an invite and let them know it was an error in deleting them.. To send an invite go to your group, and on the left side you will see invite just enter their email addy and any comment you want
