a)ashni is uncommon, i've never heard of it before. and b)jessica is a very common name.

Alice is one of the top most common names ever.
I have never heard of Ashni or Polina, although Polina may be a foreign version of Pauline. Ashni may be a common name in India, but not in the English speaking world, so I would say it gets the nod.

jessica. i have 6 jessica friends. kinda wierd XD for the most common and for least common : polina. i`m not even sure thats a name ; no offense.
