Is it permissible to write just ANYTHING on an IM sent via Yahoo Answers?

I received the following and was wondering if the sender hadn't exceeded some rule:

"Hello ivri_anokhi,

"You have received a message from another user!

"From: Adamska

"Subject: Want my opinion of you?

"Message: You filthy Zionist scum. I AM ADAMSKA. You and your Zionist allies will cower in the face of my courage and bravery. I am fighting a noble war against your Zionist propaganda. Hell with you and your pathetic friends, I will force you all to surrender. You Jewish piece of crap.

"If you are a man of honor, do not post this in the Israeli section, keep this email to yourself. If you post it in the Israeli section there will be hell to pay you old ****. "

This is certainly in exceedingly bad taste, but is this OK, or does the tone and choice of words make this out-of-bounds?

I don't know if there is such a prohibition, but there certainly should be one.
