without any reason always feeling tired?
I don't know why, but I feel so tired lately, I go to sleep early but still I stay tired. I really have to force myself at work, not because I don't like the job, but because I am to tired to do it. I must say my job is tiring, I clean houses.
What can I do to get some energy?

Whenever you go to a doctor, ask them to draw some blood and check your thyroid. It may be underactive (hypothyroidism). Ask for a T-4 test or TSH test. An underactive thyroid causes weight gain, anemia, paleness, coldness, water retention, low energy, constipation, depression, brittle nails and dry hair. To solve this problem, they may give you a small pill to take every a.m. on an empty stomach, in order to add some synthetic hormone replacement-like Synthroid.

It could be anything causing you to be tired. Your doctor can help find the cause and solve the problem.
Go to your doctor for a complete physical including a full blood test. Be sure to tell him/her that you are always tired.
Some thing which help in general are keeping regular sleep hours, eating a healthy diet and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.

I also have this problem, and I'm trying to correct it by living healthier. Yesterday I've decided no more junk food, and I've become vegetarian. Get lots of exercise, fresh fruit, veg, and water. And remember, there is a thing such as too much sleep. I used to sleep 12 hours, now I try to keep it down to 8. But i feel best when I sleep 6 or 7 hours. You just have to get into a routine, and thats hard at first.

Well do you get up in the morning and eat a breakfast ,and a lunch and supper ! the morning meal is the most important. Try a multiple viatimen for women . stay off the coffee if you drink it all day only one cup in morning. do you drink a lot of soda if so go to water always the best. do not drink those energy drinks bad for most people and raises your blood pressure . All of these things will help bring your body back into harmony .

I have the same problem, so my doctor sent me to the lab for blood work.
i got my reason for feeling this way yesterday. I was very low on B12. He prescribed 1000mcg. B12 tablets.
Started it today, so I hope it works. Look into it and see if that could be the case with you.
All the best!!

Please go to your GP and discuss sleep apnoea - he/she should give you a referral to the closest sleep centre - if you live in Australia that would be your hospital - please stay away from a company called CPAP Australia though . Believe me - discuss sleep apnoea .
