A darn deer just jumped out in front of the car!!! Help!?

My hubby just called me from work and thank goodness he is okay. I wish I could say the same for the family sedan he drives. He works on a national state park and ufortunatley this is the 2nd time, in 15 years, he has been unfortunate enough to hit one of the stupid things.

My question is...do those deer repellant things you can put on your car really work? After all the cost for repairs and the tow truck, we will hardly have 2 nickles to rub together. I need to know if the work before I buy them.

    Good question, I can only tell you that I lived in an area that was thick with deer. People were hitting them left and right. I installed the two whistles and I never hit a deer, saw several but never hit one, was it the whistles? Don't know for sure but I'd rather spend the 20 bucks than hit 1 buck!

    Yes they do work, they emit an ultrsonic wave if you will that deer and other wildlife find quite annoying.
