Most city, state and even the Federal Government are proponents of gun control but, does it work? My contention is that it does not, it only serves to limit the number of firearms that the law abiding have and keep.

The criminals, for which these laws are written, gain a great deal from them. If there are less people out there that own guns legally, then the only ones that will have access to them are those who buy them illegally.

Do you really think that, because they are banned, the bad guys are going to stop using them? Of course not!

I'd like to know if there is anyone reading this that has an idea as to how it's supposed to work because, for the life of me, I can't figure it out.

I look at both England and Austrailia, both of which forced their people to give up their guns, the vast majority did so, against their better judgement and the possabilities of stiff fines or inprisonment. The people that kept them, for the most part were the criminal element. Crime rose!!!

I was in the US Air Force and on leave ( really a civilian) attached to Air America. Code name Frenchy. Obviously because I spoke French. At any rate, I spent 2 weeks on an operation with 9 other guys, no names just code names. I have medical issues due to exposure to AO. I need two witnesses to my being there. Please answer if you are able to help. This is a last ditch effort to re-open my case.

I bought this, sight unseen and it does have a few issues. I'm not a dummy and can do most of the stuff that needs to be done but, I'm having trouble finding complete exhaust systems for the 2.6 liter 4 Cyl, FI engine. Another problem is the wiring for the dome light that doesn't work. Tried to trace it and fuse is fine but no light. HELP!! Have a Chilton's workshop manual, am looking through that to try to locate the problem area. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick

I can record regular discs and I found and checked MP3 in the box but it only copied the one disc in real time. I want the compressed files so that I can put 200 tunes on one cd. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Myself included, I was in Cambodia in 1964, we were not supposed to be there then but I was definately there, killing people that meant our troops harm. Exposed to Agent Orange but have no proof that I was there. No records support any of it.

Actually, my records make me look like a jerk, instead of a person doing my duty. Air Force, CDS, attached (not on paper) to CIA (Air America) for one operation. Nothing EVER happened officially. Anyone else in my shoes. Perhaps we can help each other.

Perhaps you have noticed that the media tends to swing to the left on almost every issue. What ever happened to non-biased journalism? Is it dead? Are we being programmed to see the world as they want us to see it? I think we are, let me know your views. Thanks for looking a giving an intelligent answer.

9/11 was devastating to our world as we know it. It has forever changed. How observant are you and can we prevent this from happening again? Do you think that America has forgotten what happened?

I just love the series and there was supposed to be two full length movies released by HBO. I have not heard anymore. Does anyone have any idea?
